We do offer exchanges under certain circumstances. 

If an item is damaged because of craftsmanship, customers must email all concerns within 14 days of receiving items for an exchange. 

Items mailed back must be mailed back in their original packing.

Polly and Fuzz reserves the right to refuse any exchanges where the product is not in it’s original condition.

The costumer is responsible for all shipping charges. 

Please know that polymer clay is very durable. Although it can be scratched or broken with enough force if not handled carefully or correctly.
Please remember that each earring is handmade wearable art. 

To clean your earrings you can use a cotton swab or damp cloth.
Rubbing alcohol also works great!

(Every order is shipped with jewelry care info, and a microfiber cloth)

For earrings with raw brass components 

Brass does tarnish and darken over time. Makeup, oils from skin or hair.

And even perfume will cause tarnishing.
Jewelry cleaner or brass cleaner will work like a charm!

Use a dry cloth and gently buff. 

To extend the life of jewelry please keep in a safe spot away from water, or direct sunlight. 

Do not swim, or shower with 

Polly & Fuzz jewelry. 

All jewelry should be handled with care.
Polly And Fuzz jewelry should never just break on you. 

If something happened on our end with craftsmanship. Email us right away! We can get an exchange going or help you figure out a way to fix what is damaged. 

We will not take responsibility for jewelry that was not handled correctly.
